HTC U20 5G features a 6.8 inch LCD display with Full HD+ resolution and aspect ratio of 20:9. It has a punch hole on the top left corner of the display which holds a 32MP selfie camera.
HTC U20 5G is powered by Snapdragon 765G, an octa-core 5G chipset with 8GB ram and 256GB internal storage plus a micro SD slot as well. On the OS side, It runs on Android 10 and also has a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. It packs a big 5000mAh battery cell with 18W Quick charge 4.0.
Camera
HTC U20 5G is rocking a quad-camera setup on the back, the main camera has a 48MP f/1.8 sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide sensor with a 118-degree field of view. Two 2MP sensors, one for macro shots and other for depth sensing. It can shoot video max 4K at 30fps and relies on EIS.

HTC Desire 20 Pro has a slightly smaller 6.5 inch IPS display with Full HD+ resolution and aspect ratio of 19.5:9. It also has some punch-hole cutout as its big brother and a 32MP selfie camera as well.
HTC Desire 20 Pro is featuring Snapdragon 665 with 6GB ram and 128GB internal storage with micro SD slot. It also runs on Android 10 out of the box. It has some capacity in terms of battery size but has 15W Quick charge 3.0. It also features a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner for security. The camera setup on the is also same as U20 5G.
