Kendall Jenner has one heck of a home in California and it would not be out of place in Spanish countryside with its Mediterranean style architecture. The massive property, which is in Beverly Hills, is full off exquisite decor and extraordinary touches – including a movie room and outdoor fountain. The catwalk queen’s stunning mansion, where she lives alone, is reportedly worth a hefty $8.5million.

The model, 24, first moved into the five bedroom house in 2017 and it is hidden in a gated community to ensure ultimate privacy.

The property stands out as it is painted a glowing tumeric colour and terracotta tiles feature through the driveway and outdoor area that boasts large statues Foliage climbs up parts of the distinctive abode and winds around the properties balconies and shuttered windows.

There is also an epic pool and tennis courts in the grounds and a cool outdoor play area.

Proving the beauty likes her space, the property boasts plenty of room with an open plan kitchen and large living area.

Kendall has selected warm tones throughout the pad contrasted with cool and clean neutral walls.

There are bright furnishings and dark wooden accents in the many rooms and photos liter the walls.

They may have quit the UK for LA, but fans of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle can still get a glimpse into the couple’s new life in the $18 million Hollywood home where they’re staying, thanks to tycoon Tyler Perry’s Instagram account. A scroll back through his account gives a tanatlising view of fifty-year-old Perry’s eight-bedroom, 12-bathroom Tuscan-style villa, which sits on 22 acres on the top of a hill in the ultra-exclusive Beverly Ridge Estates guard-gated community, offering sweeping views of the city from the backyard.

Photos posted by the Meet The Browns star, show a home with a luxury sunken bath, high ceilings and a spacious kitchen with a marble island – not to mention a chic white and grey nursery originally designed for the tycoon’s son, Aman. The couple are believed to have been staying at the American actor’s home with Archie since their move from Canada, after stepping down as senior royals in March.

A picture Tyler shared in June 2013 of a storm brewing from his ‘back deck’ shows the city’s skyline in the background, and a stunning terrace surrounded by rolling hills and offering a cosy outdoor seating area complete with cushions and an al fresco rug.

And there could even be a ready-made nursery for Archie, 1, as a look at Tyler’s Instagram account in January 2015 sees a white cot complete with a musical cot mobile, a comfortable armchair and small dressing table, and a geomtric rug in a white-washed nursery – originally designed for the actor’s son Aman

Meanwhile, a picture shared in 2013 of one of the 12 bathrooms is the stuff of dreams, resembling a Grecian spa, complete with white pillars surrounding a sunken jacuzzi bath. And in 2014, Tyler shared a picture of his study – which Harry and Meghan could now be using as a home office – boasting mahogany doors, a fireplace, a classic heavy set desk and leather armchair and an embroidered carpet.

Meanwhile, Meghan can make the most of her famous cooking skills in his impressive kitchen, which includes a double oven and hob, a blackboard, and a hanging unit over the marble island. In 2012 Tyler shared a picture of his incredible living room at Christmas, boasting double floor-to-ceiling windows and an open plan seating area leading onto a generous dining room with a mural on the wall – perfect for entertaining

It is not known whether Harry, 35, and Meghan, 38, are renting Tyler’s property or staying there as guests, but there is no record of the mansion having been sold.

Reese Witherspoon has quietly scooped up a $11.9 million Tudor-style home in Los Angeles, less than two months after unloading her nearby $17 million mansion, DailyMail reveals. Located in the affluent suburb of Brentwood, the 8,652 square foot home is nestled inside a wooded enclave that features a pool, spa and top of the line kitchen.

With six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, it offers plenty of space for her family of five – her husband Jim Toth and her three children Ava Elizabeth Philippe, Deacon Reese Philippe and Tennessee James Toth.

Reese Witherspoon, 44, wasted no time in snapping up the property after she sold off her $17 million Pacific Palisades mansion to an all cash buyer in April. News of the actress’ pricey digs comes after she was scrutinized this week for reportedly pocketing $6 million from Quibi while the new streaming service was facing laying off some staff.

Reese Witherspoon’s new home boasts a string of luxury amenities including a kitchen suitable for a gourmet chef and a breakfast nook. The stately two-story foyer opens up to a great room filled with natural light from the wide windows with dark wooden beams lining the ceiling.

The master bedroom is outfitted with a fireplace, ‘rotunda lounge, lavish spa-like bath, ample closet space and an exclusive balcony,’ according to real estate company Smith & Berg Partners. The master bathroom features an impressive claw foot tub, a chandelier above it and a floor to ceiling mirror behind the tub.

In April, the Little Fires Everywhere star sold her 10,000 square-foot Pacific Palisades mansion for $17 million, having bought it unfinished in 2014 for $12.7 million.

The home had long been the main residence of Witherspoon and her second husband Toth, who she married in 2011 and shares seven-year-old son Tennessee with. Witherspoon also has a 20-year-old daughter Ava and 16-year-old son Deacon from her marriage to actor Ryan Philippe. The couple divorced in 2008.
